I highly recommend. I hired Ms. Yamini in January 2022 to assist me in petitioning for reinstatement of my psychiatric Technician license. My license had previously been revoked in 2013 due to multiple convictions related to substance abuse. In 2018 I got clean and had a baby and made it my goal to return to the career in which I knew and loved , but I knew proving myself to the board wouldn't be easy and I needed help and guidance. She was able to successfully assist me in negotiating my professional state licensing board's legal process. I put myself in a position that was tenuous and could have led to the loss of my professional license. Although, I made an effort to take responsibility for my inaction and admit to my failure, the board was not receptive to accepting my reasons. When I went to Atty Negin I was feeling defeated, panicked, and battered not only by the Title 9 Office at the University I go to but also by the person who filed a false complaint against me in what was a possibly deliberate attempt to sabotage me one semester away from graduation. Nursing Administrative Hearing Appeal. I hired Attorney Yamini to write a response declaration when the Board of Nursing rejected the Admin. Judge's decision. This was at a time when other lawyers were busy on vacation, or were not taking any new clients (Dec. 2016). My attorney Negin Yamini is awesome. She helped defend me from a vicious landlord's slanderous, fraudulent, and vindictive attack on me because I was a whistleblower about the landlord's illegal actions concerning tenants. I hired Negin Yamini to help me get my California Teaching Credential Reinstated after it was revoked over 10 years ago.
